Portion size was generous, and everything on the plate tasted fresh. Service was quick and friendly, and the whole place feels like a no-nonsense local spot that actually cares about the food they’re serving. If you’re anywhere near Paris, TN and want good barbecue, the brisket plate here is the move. Five stars. I’ll definitely be back.
